Mabecron Books are the leading publisher of illustrated Cornish books and we welcome relevant submissions. We do also occasionally publish titles of westcountry interest.
Our benchmark is quality, style and of course saleability.
What we are looking for.
Main subject areas
Children’s picture books, cookery, natural history, maritime, railways or anything with a Cornish or westcountry theme.
Please do not send
Books about Seagulls who can talk or Pasties with legs! We are inundated with submissions concerning these!
We Prefer a paper submission
Unless they have a postage paid return we will not return it. Emails tend to get lost.
It also might take some time to look at your submission …but please do send to us .
