Lindsey is best known for her daily column in The Times and The London Evening Standard where she brings accessible and interesting recipes to a wide audience. She also writes a regular column for Saga magazine and along the way has written 12 cookery books, including Roast chicken and other stories with Simon Hopkinson which has been voted the most useful cookery book ever by chefs and food writers. Pasties, published by Mabecron Books is her take on arguably the most famous Cornish culinary export.
